Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of openemails.dev. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

openemails.dev receives emails at the addresses you set up and forwards their content as HTTP requests (webhooks) to the URLs you choose.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. We'll try to give notice of relevant changes in advance.

2. Your account

You sign up with a third-party provider (Google or GitHub). You're responsible for keeping that access secure and for all activity on your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use openemails.dev to send or process spam, phishing, malware or illegal content, or to infringe the rights of others.

You may not attempt unauthorized access to other systems or accounts, overload the service or bypass its technical limits.

You're responsible for the emails you route to the service and for the endpoints webhooks are sent to.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email or webhook will be delivered.

Don't use openemails.dev as the only storage for important information.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
